Privacy Policy

Last updated 27 July 2026

This policy explains what personal data PixGen AI Solutions collects, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it. It applies to this website and to the services we deliver for clients.

What we collect

When you submit the contact form we collect your name, email address, company name, indicated budget range, the services you selected and the message you wrote. These fields are the only personal data the website asks for.

We collect basic analytics about site usage — pages viewed, referring source, approximate region and device type. This data is aggregated and is not used to identify individuals.

During a client engagement we may process data you give us access to, such as analytics accounts, advertising platforms, CRM records or application data. That processing is governed by the data processing agreement attached to your contract, not by this policy.

Why we collect it

Contact form submissions are used solely to respond to your enquiry, prepare for a call and, where relevant, produce a proposal. We do not add enquiries to marketing lists without separate, explicit opt-in.

Analytics data is used to understand which pages are useful and to fix problems with the site.

Who we share it with

We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with advertisers.

We use a small number of processors to run the business — email, hosting, analytics and CRM providers. Each is bound by a data processing agreement and may only process data on our instructions.

We disclose data to authorities only where legally required, and will tell you unless we are prohibited from doing so.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become engagements are deleted after 24 months. Client records are retained for the duration of the contract plus seven years, where tax and accounting law requires it. Analytics data is retained for 14 months.

AI systems and your data

Where our work involves large language models, we use zero-retention API endpoints for any prompt containing client or customer data, which means the provider does not store it or train on it.

We do not use client data to train models for other clients. Any fine-tuning is scoped to the client whose data it came from and is deleted at the end of the engagement on request.

Your rights

Depending on where you live you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, to object to processing, and to withdraw consent at any time.

To exercise any of these, email info@pixgenaisolutions.com. We respond within 30 days. If you are in the EU or UK and are unhappy with our response, you may complain to your local data protection authority.

Cookies

This site uses only essential cookies required to serve pages and remember your preferences. We do not run advertising or cross-site tracking cookies on this domain.

Changes and contact

If we make a material change to this policy we will update the date at the top and, for active clients, notify you by email.
